Delete your Hauffi account

This page is the public account-deletion resource for the Hauffi mobile app and doctor web portal.

If you can still access your account, the fastest option is to delete it directly inside Hauffi. If you cannot access your account, email us and we will help you complete the deletion request.

Delete inside the app or portal

  • Patients and doctors on mobile: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, then tap Delete Account.
  • Doctors on the web portal: open Profile, scroll to Danger zone, then choose Delete my account.

Account deletion is irreversible. The deletion flow removes your profile and associated live-system data. Doctor verification files and any uploaded profile photograph are removed from live storage as part of that process. Limited backup copies, temporary public-image caches, and minimal audit records may persist where required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Delete if you cannot sign in

Send your request to admin@hauffi.com.

Include the email address or phone number linked to the account and say whether you are a patient or doctor. If subscriptions, pending appointments, or identity-verification issues need manual handling, our support team will tell you the next step.

What happens to your data

  • Account profile data and appointment-linked live data are removed from live systems when account deletion completes.
  • Push notification tokens are cleared on sign-out and account deletion.
  • Doctor verification documents stored by Hauffi are removed from live storage during deletion.
  • An uploaded doctor profile photograph is removed from live storage; temporary browser, device, or content-delivery caches may take time to expire.
  • Google Calendar credentials, busy snapshots, and connection metadata held by Hauffi are removed. You may separately revoke Hauffi in your Google Account and remove any remaining Hauffi Appointments calendar from Google.
  • Active practice-team access ends when the account or membership is deleted; limited security and audit records may be retained.
  • We may retain minimal non-PII audit records and limited backup copies for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Third-party processors such as Smile Identity or payment providers may have their own retention periods for data processed within their systems.
